This is a private single-family house with owner living upstairs. It is a small basement apartment only meant for a max of 2 people. It is great for place for someone who is looking for a private space to call home. I am looking for a housemate that is responsible, reliable, friendly and clean. The basement apartment is quiet and cozy.

The house is located near public transportation bus routes 54, 36, 33, and city link green. It is also in close distance, to a pharmacy, stores, and dining.

First month rent ($1,100) and security deposit ($1,100) are due at lease signing and before occupying the space. A month's worth of paystubs for proof of income is required.
