Hi, I am looking for some to take over my current lease at my apartment. I am paying the WHOLE rent for February, but you can come in and live at any time you can from now on.

The apartment is located at the northern part of Johns Hopkins University (5-10 min from school). Partially furnished with a bed frame, a mattress, and two tables. One bedroom with a bathroom included. The building has some decent amenities including a 24-hr fitness center, a lounge, a game room, along with a parking lot, etc. The rent will be $1,590/month, no deposit.
