Room for rent on second floor of townhouse

I am not responding to messages just asking if it's available or telling me to contact you. Please tell me a bit about yourself in your message first. I'm not trying to just fill the room with someone immediately and then have us bump heads because we're stuck together. Please actually read the whole ad. Thanks and sorry for the stiff intro.

A large room with a big closet on the second floor with a shared bathroom. Two other shared living spaces, a kitchen and another bathroom on the first floor. Washer/Dryer in unit, street parking available w/o permit. There is also a small patio area out back, but it does honestly need a little work. More photos available, but I just moved in myself so I still messy.

Right now it's just me and my dog Batman living here. I'm currently a server in Canton, and when I'm off I enjoy movies, going out to parks, and any kind of game (board, video, card, you name it). I'm hoping to find a roommate who shares some interests and might enjoy the odd board game night in or things like that. I always feel weird when I'm sharing a space with someone and don't say anything aside from hello.

I am not interested in rooming with couples or children, I'm sorry. And while batman has lived with cats before, I don't believe another dog would be a good fit
