2 private rooms that each are apx. 12’x12’, each room also has a closet, and you would have your own private bathroom. Access to the kitchen, laundry facilities, there are curtains in the hallway that can be drawn for privacy for both rooms and the bathroom. Apx. 350 square foot off combined private living area with the bathroom and the kitchen dining room, living room, laundry room, and covered deck are abut another 650 square foot you will have access to. Off street parking is available. Fully furnished including a newer Queen size bed with an adjustable frame and there is a bit of extra room if you have some furniture. The rooms will not be available until February 15th at the very earliest.

Once a month a maid comes in and cleans the bathroom and will vacuum your carpets and also does the floors in the rest of the home. Home owner is retired Veteran and as you can see the home is well kept and in a nice quiet neighborhood on the North side of Prescott Valley. From the deck and the window in one of the rooms, you can see Mingus Mountain, beautiful sunsets out by Granite Mountain, and out towards the North for many miles. Rooms are only available to a single tenant, one room could be a bedroom and another a private living room/home office/ workout room, whatever you want. You will be sharing the kitchen and such with the home owner, nobody else lives here and this is not a party pad, he is retired in every sense.

I need to find him a good fit so I don’t have to do this again in a month or so. This must be a win/win scenario for the person that you would potentially be living with, in his home, essentially at his leisure as he doesn’t need to rent the rooms out.
