Room w/ own bathroom and gym and pool access!

Hi! I am a teacher in her early 30s, and I have a small dog who's great with people and other dogs, so your dog is welcome too if you have one! I just got a house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and I have a spare room I'd like to rent to another woman. The room is furnished and has its own separate bathroom, and the neighborhood includes a pool and a large gym. The rent is $900, including all utilities and wifi, but I can do $200 off each month if you happen to work remotely and don't mind my small dog keeping you company while I'm at work! I haven't fully moved in, so the pictures are of the unfurnished space, but I will update them as soon as I move in! I'd love to meet you if you're interested!
