Month to Month Rental Room with Queen size bed and fully furnished. This room is located upstairs directly across from the restroom. Room also has a walk-in closet, 2 large dressers, 1 small dresser, 1 night stand with lamp, a flat screen TV with Apple TV access.

We are currently looking for a good roommate. We are hard working individuals with 1 sleep trained toddler and 2 month old. Looking to rent to a female who is clean and respectful. Would love to find someone who communicates well and is timely with payment.

Utilities are included in monthly rent. Plenty of parking space available . Community gym with pool is also available.

We are a loving and welcoming family. Unfortunately: NO Smoking, NO pets, NO Couples or Overnight Guests.
