I have a beautiful furnished bedroom for rent. The home is located in the Johnson Ranch Golfing Community. To give you an idea there is a McDonald’s right outside the community located at 305 E. Hunt Highway. You can use Google maps to check out the neighborhood. It is a wonderful neighborhood that is well-kept. Just down the street is Queen Creek which is absolutely a gorgeous town with all kinds of amenities to offer. Johnson Ranch offers amenities include basketball courts, Pickleball and tennis, Pools, soccer and baseball fields, BBQ areas and wonderful walking, biking and hiking trails.

With the housing market the way it is and rents going up, this is an awesome opportunity. For what I am offering, a beautiful and clean Furnished bedroom in a very Well-kept home, this is an amazing value given that utilities are included.

By the way the room again is beautiful. It is freshly painted with upgraded ceiling fan and I even put in the fancy wall plates. The baseboards are beautiful and anyone would be happy to live in this room.

As far as the home I try to give it that model feel as if you were touring a model home. I usually have light jazz music just playing. Seeing the room offered in the home is better in person than any picture could show.
