Hello, I have a room for rent in the Casa Grande area. I have a 5 br / 3 bath house. I’m renting two rooms. I am only looking to rent to female students/professionals. Rent is $750.00 per month, with a month-to-month agreement (minimum 3 months). A $300.00 security deposit is required, and all utilities are included. No illegal drugs, no smoking allowed inside, only outside (front of house).
