Room for rent

The room is located opposite [f the main living area in the house. There are blackout curtains for those who work a late shift. The room is furnished with a queen bed, a potable small table that doubles as a work station. There is a television with the Amazon firestick. The bathroom is shared, if there is another renter, which is rare. There is access to the kitchen, laundry and back patio.
The landlord does live on the property and is located on opposite side of the house, with three dogs(who are spoilt). There is no smoking or drunkiness on property. The house centrally located to stores, restaurant s and major highways, between Pheonix and Tucson.
