Hello, I'm Avis, I got a spare room I'm looking to rent out. The room is 12'10" x 10'3" with a double wide closet, unfurnished. The house has 2 bathrooms so you'll get the hallway bathroom all to yourself. There are 2 fridges so there is plenty of fridge space. Along with the standard living room, kitchen, dining, and laundry room, there is also a sun room. I am slowly remodeling the house, so somethings are a work in progress but everything is fully functional. I just got a new large 10" deep sink and I'm looking to redo the walls and ceiling in the livingroom next and then a kitchen tile backsplash once I save up enough. I like more gothic ornate interior design so the house will slowly move more in that direction.

Others roommates would be me, as a live in land lord, and my 3 cats. My cats are super friendly and will greet anyone who enters. They are all well trained and capable of doing some simple tricks. I'm open to any indoor pets aslong as they're potty trained and non-aggressive. I am unfortunatly afraid of larger dogs though. I've been bitten and dragged as a kid and unfortunately I can't seem to get over my fear, sorry. Small dogs are perfectly fine though. I keep the litter boxes in the sun room so the house doesn't smell like litter.

Weed and smoking is allowed only in the sunroom or outside. The house is very close by the 60 so travel is decent. Month by month and 3 month lease available. 12 month lease available if we get along after the first month.

About Me:
I work as a technology repair technician and I take online classes at MCC. In my free time I like fidgeting with electronics, doing arts n crafts, baking, and watching animated series. I like socializing but I'm also fine with just being quiet and chilling. I am t nonbinary so if you're not at least supportive of the lgbtq community please look elsewhere. Sorry if that's rude but I like my house being a safe space.
