Furnished room in large house

I have a room available for rent in my four-bedroom, three-bath residence located in Apache Junction. The room is furnished with a queen-size Sleep Number bed. It measures 12'7" by 9'10" and features tile flooring along with a small closet. The bathroom is shared with the rental room and the fourth bedroom, the fourth bedroom is currently vacant and no plan to rent it at this time.

The house is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a flat-top stove, a washer and dryer, a microwave, and various small kitchen appliances. The tenant will have access to a refrigerator with a top freezer and one cupboard. Entry to the house is shared.

Monthly rent includes all utilities.

Ideal tenants are professionals who are respectful, quiet, tidy, and comfortable around animals. The residence is shared with another female tenant, myself, and two dogs.

Please note that this is a smoke-free residence.
