Roommates Needed

Looking for roommates. I'm a gay and I have two kitties. I have two room both have a private bathroom. There’s the master bedroom and a regular sized room.

The apartment is two stories, 3 bed 3 bath. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage) and the master bedroom has the balcony room. There’s a washer and dryer inside the apartment. There’s a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. Directly across the street from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus.

$700 rent. WiFi is pretty consistently $113 every month and split between the three of us. Electric varies between 170-200ish also split between the three of us. Those are the only two utilities that we have to pay. It comes to about $800 a person with utilities. It’s a gated complex called the Hedrick on Mountain.
