About the household: I am 38, a working professional, currently the only person living in the home. I work 50 to 60 hours per week and have a home office on the opposite side of the house from the rental area, so day-to-day overlap is minimal. The home is quiet and calm. Looking for a working professional or graduate student who would appreciate that environment.
