The house is so close to UofA I rode my bike there for the first 2 years. There's a skylight in the bathroom and stairwell. French double doors that lead to Walkout balcony from your bedroom for outside vibes. Walk-in closet for all your stuff. Plenty of room for desk, tv, couch and bed in the bedroom. Courtyard with 3 mature trees for lots of shade. Sam Hughes neighborhood, very nice area. Close to EVERYTHING!

A little about me:
I'm into art, music, video games, and reading. I care deeply about the planet (occupational hazard 🌎), and I share my home with two very important roommates who got here first — my cats. They're friendly, I promise. Probably.
