Room is about 11 ft by 10 ft with a nice sized closet. Has a bathroom disconnected from room that would be private to you majority of the time. Only when visitors, either mine or yours, are in town would the bathroom be shared. There is a furnished guest room that you could use for guests. There will also be a furnished office/den that you can use for work, extra guests, or hanging out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all furnished very nicely as well as the backyard which is quite sizable with a gazebo and hot tub. You would have access to all the neighborhood amenities like pools, basketball courts, gym in the club house, and many activities offered by the club house. The house is a short 2 minute drive or so from I-19 to allow for quick commutes. The house backs up to a state preserve with a nice walking trail, which also means no houses will ever be developed behind my house. Rent is negotiable.
