My husband and I love to travel and renting out our second bedroom makes economical sense for us. We have rented out rooms in our home for over 5 years. We are very friendly and respectful of others' privacy.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located within the luxury Del Web 55+ Community, (you do not need to be 55 or older). We have a Maltipoo but are not accepting tenants with pets. The lease terms is month to month and we prefer at least 3 months. The room is available now. We do prefer a woman since I (Babe) work from home.

The home is one block from community clubhouse includes: Big beautiful Pool/hot tub, sauna, pickle ball/ bocce ball and multiple classes and events.

We are only 1.5 miles walking or biking distance to Fry shopping and restaurants and lake. Within 3 miles Walmart Mall, McDonals and other amenities. 11 miles from Tucson.

Private second bedroom fully furnished including bedding and bath towels (bed, dresser, recliner, 48 in TV) includes all utilities and wifi and full bath. House like new. House is very clean, you have access to dining area and kitchen and living room and laundry. You have access to a big backyard for relaxation and bbq. Parking space.

This is a month to month agreement with a minimum of 3 months. End the agreement with 30 day written notice. All utilities included. No smoking. We have a small Maltipoo, so you must be pet friendly.
