Room in beautiful house with patio and pool

Recently renovated house with a beautiful backyard patio area and pool. Storage available in garage for bikes, gear, tools, etc. Happy to share my tools. Five unused garden beds with drip irrigation mostly already set up. In a quiet part of town, but still only 20 minutes from downtown. Close to Tanque Verde, Saguaro East, and Mt Lemmon nature. Nearby grocery stores, gyms, restaurants.

Just me and my dog Finley, a 6-year old corgi, as of right now. There are two corgis in some of the photos but only one will be with me. I'm trying to fill two empty rooms so there will be another roommate with whom you will share a bathroom.

I'm an 34 year old male, professional, working 9-5ish M-F in the office. I'm open to living with anyone who is respectful, clean enough, and willing to communicate when things come up. I feel like I am flexible and understanding and would be stoked if we could also be friends!
