Hi, my name is Jay. I am a 46-year working professional. I am looking for a roommate.
Shared living space, so discerning and will be looking for the right fit. I can afford everything on my own, but I have space and a little extra helps gets things paid off faster.
Rent is $650/mo, all included, due on the 1st of the month, grace until 5th. Only need first month to move in. Month to month okay, first lease not more than 6 months. If it's a good fit, can do longer.
Room should be available mid to late October, as need to clean from previous roommate leaving end of September.
House is a ~1700sqft 3 bed, 2 bath built in the mid 90's. East Tucson, 85730 zip code, near Golf Links & Harrison.
Hard floors throughout.
Choice from 2 rooms; furnished or unfurnished. Unused bedroom can be used for limited and reasonable storage. Second bathroom would be private, but detached from bedroom.
Previous roommate is female and was here for over 3 years. Can contact for reference if desired.
My adult daughter will visit from time to time, as such there's a preference for another female roommate.
I have 2 pets currently; 1 cat, 1 older dog. Both very chill and non-destructive, with vaccinations.
More pets are okay, on a case by case basis but must be vaccinated, be okay with other animals, and non-destructive.
I like to keep my home stress and drama free with low guest traffic, and prefer it on the quieter side.
