We have two (2) comfortable, clean, furnished rooms (minimally furnished; can add more/different pieces) available for traveling professionals and short-term stays (short-term meaning no minimum, and a maximum of two years). Both rooms are each $800 per month, with all utilities and WiFi included. Can prorate for weekly stays. Open to negotiating based on your unique situation. The bedrooms share the hall bathroom. The property features a newer A/C unit, in-home gym, community living space, laundry, and kitchen appliances.

On-street parking, with minimal traffic within the cul-de-sac. Within walking distance of a nature preserve complete with hiking and biking trails, Bashas', Wells Fargo, restaurants, and many other businesses, this location is near hospitals and the I-10, and within 20 minutes of the University of Arizona and downtown, yet offers a nice, quiet neighborhood. Smoking only outside, no hard drugs or heavy drinking. LGBTQ friendly.

We’re a stable long-term married couple, looking for short-term tenants who enjoy a peaceful, non-toxic environment. One friendly, funny, adorable cat owns the home.
