I'm 53yrs old. Kinda single/ kinda taken! I own a10yr old handicapped American bulldog who is a complete lover like his mommy! I love people but they have to love and respect my dog too! I'm disabled but am able to do things on my own! Going thru a rough patch because my boyfriend and mother just passed 2 weeks apart so I some times get a Lil depressed but hopefully with a roommate around I won't have all the time in the world just hanging out with my dog being depressed!!! Hopefully my new roommate can help me break out of that shell from being alone!!!! My trailer is in a 55+ trailer park and you have to be able to pass a back ground and credit check for the park not me so that's where the deposit comes in and non refundable! Sorry!!! I'm the baby of the park because I got grandfathered in cuz I was 24/7 caregiver to my mom and boyfriend! I live in a cul desai with a dog park across the way! There is a swimming pool in the park with a grill and horse shoes and I have my own washer and dryer across from the room and bathroom for rent!!! I don't know what else I can say!!!!! But hopefully to find someone soon!!!! Oh let's try it for a month to see if we can get along then if you want we can figure out how long you feel like staying! I said unfurnished but there is a futon bed/couch in the room and a dresser and I do have wifi but would like to split the bill it's only 30 a month so 15 each !!!Thanks for taking the time to read my shit!!! Lol
