Room for rent - bonus cats who'll be your friend!

Located close to shopping and bus routes, this house is in a good location. It is roughly a 10 minute drive to either U of A or Pima College. The room is a large master bedroom with a decent sized walk-in closet & large ensuite bathroom. Rent will include all utilities including high speed internet. The rest of the house is spacious with recently updated lighting fixtures and flooring. The room offers privacy and quiet as I want any future roommate to feel at home and secure. The room can come partially furnished with a bed or unfurnished if you have your own. I definitely enjoy being around creative types.

Trader Joes is a mile away. Sprouts is within an easy walking distance. The Tucson Mall is nearby as well as other shopping options. For Tucson standards, it is almost walkable!

About me:
First and foremost, anyone moving in will need to like/love cats and not have any allergies as I have two. (Unfortunately I cannot accept any more pets in the house.) I’m in the startup tech industry and have been working remotely for over a decade. In my spare time I pursue photography and love to go on road trips whenever possible. I do tend to listen music throughout the day but will be happy to establish quiet hours (I’m both an early riser and early to bed type).
