Furnished or unfurnished room available on the West Side. Bathroom is shared. The house is a two story so it’s usually very quiet in your room. We’re next to a public golf course and just 10-15 minutes to the university, community college, downtown, and the barrio area. We have a small fluffy cat that never jumps on counters and is very friendly. I work from home in the room downstairs. There is a home gym in the loft available for use by household members.
