I have two rooms available to rent. I'm 59 years old and living alone with my two dogs.
Utilities like water, trash and electric are paid separate. The bill will be divided by 3. It comes out to about 100 per person on average.
Pets are welcome as long as they get along with my two dogs.
I have a German Shepard and a Bloodhound Mix. They are both really friendly and get along with other dogs. Must clean up after your pet.
1 bathroom is shared between the 2 rooms.
The refrigerator will be shared with everyone; space may be limited but will have your own space in the fridge. Cabinet Space in kitchen will also be divided. You may buy your own personal fridge, keep in mind electricity cost. Each room has closet.
Must clean up after yourself.
Close to Marana high school.
Looking for someone to move in asap.
Deposit ($250) and First Months Rent ($500) due on move in, total $750.00
