Roommate Needed In Central Tucson

One room available in a queer house in Central Tucson just off of 1st Ave and Glenn St. We are a short walk away from Govinda’s and a short drive away from Yoga Oasis.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a front and back yard and a patio. Rent is $750/month and utilities are not included (I can provide an estimate if you’re interested! Electricity is pretty cheap if not zero during the winter due to the solar panels.)

Move-in date is flexible: either October 1st, mid-October, November 1st. The lease runs through September 30th, 2027.

About Amacy: I’m a non-binary sound healing facilitator, yoga and tai chi instructor, tarot reader and generally esoteric soul. I’m a musician and practice a lot. I work remote as a Data Operations Analyst so I’m generally home during the day. I enjoy hosting events from time to time and organizing community to bring people together who would never have met otherwise!

About Jose: I’m a young, hardworking, and active person who really enjoys staying busy and taking care of my well-being. I’m a massage therapist, practice yoga, work out regularly, and absolutely love dancing. I also enjoy good music, cooking, and spending quality time with friends. I value having a home that feels clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and I always do my part to keep the space comfortable, respectful, and positive for everyone. 🙂

What I’m looking for: Someone clean, open-minded, respectful of shared spaces, communicative, responsible, and generally chill. We are unfortunately unable to welcome a pet into our home due to allergies. The house is already furnished but if needed we can make some room for you to bring some of your furniture for the public spaces.

The room: the room is on the west side of the house away from the sunrise and stays pretty dark and cool. There is a closet with a mirror on the door. There is also a bathroom that is generally just for whomever is living in that room. The other housemates may use it from time to time but 95% of the time it’ll be just for you.
