1-3 Rooms up for grabs!

Hi there!
I’ve got a pretty flexible scenario going on over here with a 3 bed, 2 bath house. $650 for one room, $850 for the master bedroom, or $1795 for all three (whole house).

To clarify, my preference is to rent all three rooms out to one family/group. However, at this point I’m open to roommates, in which case I’d be living & working from the third (small) room.

First, a little bit about the house:

Features:
- Large living room with fireplace
- Freshly remodeled kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances
- Brand new deep-soaking tub in main bathroom
- Well-insulated with central AC/heating
- Washer, Dryer, and shed in backyard
- Tile floors in living room, dining room, & kitchen (LVP elsewhere)
- Master bedroom ($850 - 157 sq ft + 72 sq ft private bath) has a gorgeous fully-tiled shower, with separate toilet/sink area
- Second bedroom ($650 - 130 sq ft) has a walk-in closet, as well as a separate sliding glass door to the backyard with a private gated patio area.
- The third bedroom is smaller (101 sq ft), as mentioned previously. Ideal for kid’s room or office (unless I’m living in it, of course).
- Located in walking distance to Tucson Botanical Gardens, shopping centers, and Catalina High Magnet School.
- Pet friendly (with the caveat that if I’m living here, I’m deathly allergic to cats. If you rent the full place, then cats are welcome too).

Next, a little bit about me, in the scenario where you’re just wanting a room or two (and not the whole house for a measly $295/mo more ;)).

I’m a 37yr old male. By trade I’m a web developer, currently in the throes of building my own platform. For the most part I tend to keep to myself, and am about as laid back as they come.

If we’re going the roommate route, my only real preference is for people who can keep the common areas clean. Otherwise I don’t care about your age, gender, lifestyle, or anything else that doesn’t affect me in some dramatically negative way.
