Furnished Guest Unit

This is a separate guest unit, Fully furnished (half basement), while we live upstairs. It has a private entrance through the garage side door, which leads into the shared laundry room.

The unit includes two bedrooms:

A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower.

A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, wall closet, and a built-in desk (no bathroom).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cabinets, a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, reverse osmosis system, and a dining table.

The living room is furnished with furniture, rugs, a Smart TV, and decorative items.
unit also equipped with AC unit (same Ac unit we have upstairs but zoning system)

Currently, the laundry room (washer and dryer) is shared. However, I am planning to build a separate laundry room upstairs soon.
the unit alos have access to the backyard, patio and our pool.
