Large master bedroom for rent in West Chandler (Warner Ranch area) about 10 minutes from PHX Airport. I am looking for a responsible long-term tenant who can also act as a light caretaker for the home since I dont live in state, which is why the price is reduced. The home is a large 4-bedroom, 2700 sq ft house near Ray Rd & Kyrene Rd, only 3 minutes from the 202 or I-10, close to Chandler Mall, restaurants, and shopping, with a nice park about a 300 ft walk away and a community pool about 3 minutes away. The house has beautiful hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light, and includes a Charbroil BBQ outside.
The room available is the large master suite (16’ x 20’, about 320 sq ft) with a 20 ft vaulted ceiling, two large windows, king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet plus additional reach-in closet, and a private Jack-and-Jill style bathroom area that includes a Jacuzzi tub, two vanities, and a private toilet area. The room also comes with a separate full-size French refrigerator for your personal use.
The two other tenants are single males over 50 who are quiet, respectful, and easy to live with, and they have been there over a year and two years respectively. Everyone gets along well and keeps a calm, drama-free house. The home is non-smoking, pet-free, and we are looking for someone with a healthy lifestyle who fits that environment.
Because I travel most of the time, I’m looking for someone reliable and considerate who can occasionally help keep an eye on things. This might include photographing and emailing physical mail that isn’t already electronic, helping let contractors in when service work is needed, and being a point of contact if a small issue comes up with the house or coordinating with the other tenants. Nothing heavy — just someone dependable who can help make sure things run smoothly in my absence.
Rent is $1000/month, month-to-month lease, and a thorough background check and references are required, the same as the other tenants. I’m looking for someone stable, respectful, and interested in staying long term.
