I am looking for one roommate to share my clean and quiet one level home in Chandler, AZ. Available Dec. 1st. I rent half the house so you will rent the other half. I am in my twenties and looking for a woman in her late twenties or early thirties.

About the Space: You will have the master bedroom with a walk in closer and your own bathroom.

Washer/Dryer available for your use. You’ll be close to the 101 freeway, restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and bars (only 12 mins to downtown Chandler). The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and the neighbors are very friendly.

Move In Costs:

Security deposit: $800 this will be returned upon moving out if nothing is damaged.)

Requirements:

* Minimum one year lease

* Proof of income

* No pets, overnight guests, or children, one person occupancy.

* Must be respectful of others, trustworthy and keep the common areas clean

About me: I’m a woman in my twenties and I work from home with my dog. I am very chill and like a nice, quiet space. My home is my sanctuary. I work from home so looking for a roommate who has a steady income.
