This is a non-smoking, non alcoholic non-vaping home. There roommate does not use marijuana. This is a non-smoking community. All things that can smoke: Smoking needs to be done off the property.

If couple: utilities will be split per person in the house.
Quiet, clean, drama-free townhome seeking a roommate who has mastered the art of paying rent on time and putting dishes in the dishwasher.

Private bedroom and bathrooms provided in community with amenities.

Current residents include one professional, with pets. We don't smoke, drink, do marijuana throw wild parties, or host overnight guests.

We're looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful home, a clean kitchen, and living with adults who actually act like adults.

Rent is paid weekly of $180. Rent is due on Saturday for the upcoming week. The roommate is responsible for her fair share of utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable. Bonus points if you appreciate healthy living and don't believe laundry belongs on the floor.
