You will also have access to a garage for storage. Parking is available in open spots.
The complex includes access to amenity areas such as dog runs, bbq grills, a gym, and the pool. All amenity access is 24 hours. The unit is walking distance to Downtown Gilbert bars, restaurants and the farmer's market.
A male roommate is preferred. Must be employed and responsible. $500 security deposit will be required along with first month's rent. The current lease ends at the end of June but will be willing to renew for 12 months pending roommate. Must pass the property manager's background check.
I myself is a working professional, quite, clean and responsible.
