Hey everyone! I’m an ASU grad student. My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for a private room (with a private bathroom ensuite) in a 3b3b house by the end of October or early November (can negotiate a later date as well). It's a very nice and spacious room occupying the entire second floor. We are willing to offer a reduced rate for the month of November (about $500) as an incentive. You are also free to team up and share the room.

After we leave, the home will be male-prefferably

LOCATION: 850 S River Dr, Tempe, AZ (Gated community, 12-15 min bike to ASU, close to Tempe Marketplace)
AVAILABLE: November 1st
RENT: $785/month (willing to reduce to $500 for the month of November)
UTILITIES: ~$100/month (electricity, water, 1 Gbps WiFi - split evenly) (willing to cover for the month of November)
DEPOSIT: One month's rent
THE ROOM:
You'll get a spacious master bedroom (approx. 200 sq ft) with an attached private bathroom. It's the only room on the second floor, so you will have the entire second floor to yourself.

Currently, one roommate you will be sharing the house with is also a current grad student at ASU. There are two other roommates occupying the third room currently who will be moving out soon.
