Spacious, fully furnished bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Tempe, less than one mile from Arizona State University (ASU).

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, desk, chair, nightstand, bedside lamps, desk light, decor, laundry baskets, and more. Additional furniture shown in the final listing photo will also be moved into the room to ensure it is fully furnished.

The room includes a private full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink. You will also have access to a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everyday essentials, including a coffee maker and toaster. A washer and dryer are also available in the house.

Rent: $1,100 per month (negotiable). Rent includes electricity, water, utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, and a parking space, so you won't have to worry about separate utility bills.

Roommate preference: I would prefer a Muslim roommate, ideally from a Middle Eastern background, but I am open to people of all nationalities and backgrounds. Mutual respect, cleanliness, and maintaining a comfortable living environment are important to me.

Additional location and community benefits: The bus stop is located right outside the house, making commuting to ASU and getting around Tempe easy. The community also features a swimming pool, grilling area, and tennis court for residents to enjoy.
