Room for Rent

I am looking for someone to take over my room in Tempe. The apartment complex is located in a safe and quiet apartment complex on Southern and McClintock, just minutes away from restaurants such as el Takitaki, a sushi spot, and Los Reyes de La Torta, a Mexican restaurant, along with grocery stores such as Aldi, Walmart, Frys and Trader Joes (down the street). There is also a Goodwill, a Sally's Beauty Supply, a herbal shop called Rainbow Bliss Botanicals, a Planet fitness, 2 nails salons, and a yoga studio all just a stroll away. This location is also only 10 minutes away from Tempe Marketplace and ASU!

We are looking for a clean and friendly roommate who would love or doesn’t mind a small dog in the apartment who's name is Mocha, she is 4 months old and is a Chiweenie.

Both of my roommates, Lesly and Adriana, are kind, helpful, clean, organized and responsible roommates. They are 24 and 22 year old professionals who prioritize their well-being. They like to watch new movies together, try new brunch spots, and go shopping! This apartment can definitely be a fun and caring environment to be apart of.

The apartment has a in unit wash and dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony. This room shares a bathroom.

The apartment complex has a convenient and versatile gym and two well-maintained pools. There is a mix of students, families with children, and young adults who live in this area.

The Valley Metro bus has stops right down the street from our apartment complex, along with the free Tempe Orbit bus, (the Mercury and Jupiter routes).

We live right in between two parks, Meyer Park and Hollis Park, that host free community events and is a great spot to walk, run or gather with friends and family.

Right behind our apartment complex is a hidden, sweet pond and fountain to relax and enjoy nature after a long day.

If my situation was different, I would stay as the area is pretty perfect, accessible to many businesses and these girls are amazing roommates.
