Im looking for someone to take over my off campus housing near ASU. It is a 5 minute walk from campus! Base rent is 899 and an additional $200 amenities and utilities all included per month so it would be the same flat fee every month. Has great amenities and a large wrap around lazy river esque pool with a water slide! 3 minute walk from 2 light rail stations downtown tempe and less than a 5 minute walk to multiple shopping plazas. Its a 2b2b separate leases. Both rooms have private bathrooms included. Rooms are very large as well! Currently just advertising mine but would love if two people can take over both rooms :).
