My name is Charlie, and I have a room for rent!

It’s a two bedroom apartment on the border of Tempe and Scottsdale. The community has a pool, a hammock garden, and some other cool stuff too. The rent is $711 a month plus utilities. The bedroom with the couch in it currently would be yours.

A little about me, my pronouns are he/they and I’ve lived alone here with my cats. I’m a very extroverted person but don’t generally have a lot of company over. I love to crochet and read in my free time. I’m an EMT and pursuing nursing school next. I can be a bit messy but my apartment is currently spotless and I know how to be a courteous roommate and keep my mess contained in shared spaces.

I’m hoping to find someone to live respectfully with, and if we become friends even better. I think I would prefer a queer roommate but if not being LGBT friendly is a requirement as it’s a big part of my identity. Pets may be considered, but I would prefer no pets.
