Looking for 2 Roommates Near ASU Tempe!

Hi everyone! I'm going into my senior year at ASU and play on the ASU Women's Hockey Team. There is a suite available and a room available

A little about me:
- I'm easygoing, respectful, and super chill.
-I'm away some weekends during hockey season for games, so you'll have the place to yourselves sometimes.
-When I'm home, I love having friends over, hanging out by the pool, and making the house a fun place to be.
- I also like to keep the house clean and organized, so I'm looking for roommates who are respectful of the shared spaces.

About the house:
• Only a 10-minute drive to ASU Tempe
• Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood
• The suite has its own separate entrance, so it feels much more private than a typical roommate setup. It has a door leading into the rest of the house because the laundry is separate. The original bunk beds were converted into a closet.
• Apart from the suite, there are two bedrooms available, and I'm intentionally keeping the third room vacant, so you will have your own bathroom. You can choose whichever room you prefer!
• Both bedrooms have large closets.
• Shared laundry.
• Plenty of parking in the driveway and one spot in the garage.
• A huge backyard with a large pool, perfect for relaxing, studying outside, or having friends over.
•Large living space and kitchen
•The rooms are partially furnished

I'm looking for roommates who are friendly, clean, responsible, and enjoy a good balance of having fun while also respecting each other's space.
