We're two women in our 40s looking for a respectful, responsible roommate around our age (approximately 35–60) to share our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home.

The private bedroom features a sliding glass door with direct access to the backyard. The home also has a private pool, and we share it with two cats and one friendly dog, so you'll need to be comfortable with pets.

Rent Details:

- Rent + 1/3 of utilities
- $500 security deposit
- Lease runs through 5/15, and you'll need to be added to the lease if we're a good fit
- Background check required

A little about us: We enjoy music, cooking, crafts, and keeping a clean, relaxed, and respectful home. We're looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, pays bills on time, and wants a peaceful place to live.
