We're looking for someone to join us at 825!

Two of us have lived here together for the past year and have built a clean, respectful, and low-drama home. We value being considerate roommates and enjoy having a comfortable, quiet space to come home to after work or school.

The house itself is modern and spacious, with an open-concept layout, a large kitchen, and plenty of shared living space. Amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, driveway parking, and a backyard with a grill that's available for everyone to use. The available room is unfurnished and shares a bathroom with two other housemates. The home is located in a safe, friendly neighborhood where we know many of our neighbors. We're just 1.5 miles from ASU campus and within walking distance of two neighborhood parks.

We're hoping to find a student or recent graduate who is looking for a calm, welcoming place to live for the next year and who values keeping shared spaces clean and respectful.
