Hey there! My name is Matthew, the current resident-owner of this condo! I'm a 21 year old student at Arizona State University, and am looking for someone who is also a student around my age/grade (preferably male).

The guest bedroom being offered is roughly 130x125 inches along with an individual bathroom measured at 62x58 inches, not including the bathtub.

Living room is fully furnished, with updated-appliances in kitchen (Washer-Dryer, Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric-Stove/Oven, and Dishwasher) and grantite countertops. All utility-costs included except for Electricity.

Condo located less than a 10 minute drive away from the ASU Tempe Campus, with public transport (Orbit Bus, Light-Rail) nearby as well. Beautiful complex area including community pool. Within walking distance of Dollar Store, CVS-Pharmacy, and some restaurants.
