Hi I have two rooms available 10x12. It would be a shared bathroom with the other room I have available. Me and my family just moved in here it is me I'm 37 yrs old work construction. My girlfriend who is 35 yrs old and our 11 month old daughter. It's a 4 bedroom condo in Tempe located next to asu close to grocery store, restaurants and easy access to the us 60. The rooms are unfurnished. Has new vinyl flooring, new painted rooms. We don't have much furniture yet but will get them soon. Rooms will be $800 a month with a $400 refundable deposit when you decide to move out as long there is no damage to rooms or house. There is washer and dryer in the condo with a half bathroom downstairs. There is a full size kitchen with has cooktop, a separate oven, microwave, dishwashe, refrigerator. Were looking for roommates that are clean and clean up after them self, respectful, trustworthy and do not do drugs besides no inside due to my 11 month old daughter, smoking is ok but only outside. There is a big community pool in the center. We will need to do a background check and proof of employment. Rent will be month to month. Absolutely no criminal activity of any sort allowed. There will be a checklist you will need to fill out to show the order you got the room from dinges in walls etc and a paper when you move out. I have my family here trustworthiness is a big key for us. You can come check out the property before you rent it and get to meet you. Students ok since very close to asu.
