It is the master bedroom for rent with the private bathroom. It is unfurnished so it’s ready for your stuff. If you need some type of furnishings message me and I’ll see what I can do based on the situation. Has a walk in closet as well.

Full kitchen with dishes and applicances. Fully working laundry machine and dryer.

Driveway parking in a safe neighborhood. Garage will be filled with my welding equipment.

Located at Kyrene & Southern. Quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to restaurants, grocery store is walking distance. The ASU campus is only minutes north.

Rent is $month including utilities. WiFi and electric will be split.

Will have to complete a background check and have good credit. Should make at least $.kmonth to afford rent. Lease terms will be discussed before signing.
