I am subletting my bedroom and private bathroom in this 2 bed 2 bath apartment because I have moved in with my partner!

-Brand new building. I was the first to live in this room.

-Visitors can park in any uncovered unnnumbered spots
-Amenitites: pool, hot tub, lounge, office areas, gym,
-Security: passcode to enter gate to parking lot, then second passcode for building
-Trash is picked up directly outside your door five days per week
-In unit washer/dryer
-Pets allowed - dog park and bathing area
-Roommate allergic to cats

ROOMMATE DETAILS:
I am still good friends with my roommate and we get along great but I was ready to take the next step in my relationship and move in with my partner. We still have a weekly recurring hangout to make dinner and watch reality tv.

She is a young professional girl in her midtwenties who works in corporate at ASU. She is very nice, respectful and clean. Shes into cooking, tv, makeup, music, painting, clothes, etc. Allergic to cats. If things go well she would like to resign the lease and live there another year. We want to find a roommate who is a good fit and in a similar life stage.

She was awesome to live with - we hung out and chatted a couple times per week but both gave each other plenty of privacy and space. Since I have moved out she said she said she misses having a roommate and would welcome another one.

I really loved living here. It was very clean, management was nice and responsive, we never had major maintenance issues, it is pretty quiet, and I always felt totally safe as a young woman. The huge walk in closet is great for storage. The location so close to the 101 and 60 helps with commute time and getting around. Target and Frys are 2 min down the street and plenty of restauraunts, stores, parks, anything you need nearby. About 10 minute drive from ASU campus. I haven’t used the bus but there is a stop near the intersection. The building and all the amenities are brand new and you would be the second person after me to ever live in this room!
