Hey everyone!

I will be moving for a new job and am trying to figure out next steps for my 1-bedroom apartment in Tempe starting around June 1. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.

It’s at Vela Apartments, really nice location near Tempe Town Lake and ASU. I’ve honestly loved living here — it’s quiet, modern, and close to everything.
Rent is $1,524/month, which is actually lower than what they’re currently listing units for, so it could be a good option for someone.
