Hi! My friend is moving out for a new job, so I’m looking for a female roommate to join me in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in early August. It’s very spacious almost 1,300 sq ft being only around $1300 per person total for all utilities, rent, and parking. It is a very close distance between Scottsdale/Tempe/Downtown Phoenix.

I’m 23 and looking for someone close to my age. I keep my space clean and hope to find a roommate who values the same in our shared space. I’d love a roommate who’s up for becoming good friends—whether that’s grabbing food at new places, exploring the city/nightlife, or having a cozy paint or movie night at home.
