We have a spacious, furnished room available in a newly remodeled 1732 sq ft townhome. The home features an open-concept layout with lots of natural light and a bright, airy feel. The layout provides plenty of room for both shared common areas and personal privacy. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed and ample storage space to make it feel like home. You’ll share the bathroom with one other (male) roommate, but you’ll have your own personal sink, vanity, and extra bathroom storage. The building also has a sparkling pool on-site for relaxing and unwinding.

We are two roommates (one male, one female) who share a commitment to health, wellness, and personal growth. We value:

Keeping our living space clean and organized
We prioritize quiet hours before 8 AM and after 10 PM, and we all pitch in to maintain a tidy living environment. We’re looking for a third roommate who shares similar values and is responsible, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful, clean living space. We also keep the house at a comfortable temperature (around 70°F in the winter and 78°F in the summer). We prefer to keep the space quiet and don’t have frequent guests, looking for someone who appreciates an environment with minimal outside traffic.
