Looking for a mature/professional roommate to share my townhome in Tempe, near Baseline & the 101 freeway, (I am 59 y/o artist with a day job, and a dachshund named Crunchy).
You will have your own bathroom and TWO BEDROOMS. Each room is 13 x 11 and has a large closet with sliding mirrored doors, and tiled floors that look like wood, walls have been freshly painted. There is a large patio, w/a BBQ, and a small yard, that I have turned into a sculpture garden-- a tranquil area to relax or meditate. This roommate opportunity is just for ONE person, and maybe a small dog.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, washer & dryer, access to large community pool and tennis courts & 1 covered carport space. (Great FWY access - from the carport, you're on the 101 in sixty seconds, and on the 60 FWY at McClintock in less than two minutes!)

The set-up in my home offers MAJOR privacy, my bdrm/bath and my art studio are on one side of the house, your two rooms & bathroom are on the other side of the home, separated by the living/dining room area, I rarely even walk down the hallway that your rooms & bathrm are down. $1200 deposit (refundable) is also required, but can be paid in installments over the course of six months. 

I grew up in Tempe, AZ, went to school in Denver, and lived in San Francisco for 25 years. In 2015, life turned sideways, and I moved back to the crazy Arizona heat, where I swore I would NEVER live again, but life happens...At this point in my life, partying and sowing any wild oats is in my distant past, and hopefully you'll have the same lifestyle. Most evenings and weekends, I work in my art studio, work in the yard/sculpture garden, or relax and watch TV...pretty tame stuff. I am a friendly and honest person who will respect your space & privacy, and in return hope you will do the same. I keep the kitchen clean, and will expect that you'll do the same. As for your rooms and bathroom, how clean you want those areas is your business, not mine.

A small dog could be a possibility, for an extra fee, but a cat is a deal breaker, sorry.
