Hey everyone! We have a room available for rent near both ASU and Tempe Marketplace. The house is within walking distance of the light rail that runs from Mesa → Tempe (ASU) → Downtown Phoenix.

Currently, four guys live here (including myself). We all work full-time, are in our twenties, and enjoy sports and going out occasionally. The house is kept tidy, and the kitchen is well maintained.

The available room is spacious and can comfortably fit a large bed with plenty of extra space for additional furniture. The bathroom is shared.

If you’d like to come tour the place, let us know and we can coordinate a time for you to stop by.

Utilities are not included in the rent, as this is a house and costs vary month to month, but split among five roommates they’re relatively affordable. A $600 deposit is required for the room, and we will cover the remaining $150.
