About the room: 10x10 ft and a 6.5x2 ft closet. It is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, rug, lamps. A separate bathroom across the hall would be yours.
About us: a married couple with a cat living in a quiet neighborhood. We work from home most days, like to cook, read, watch tv, and take road trips.
About you: single female preferable (no children or couples), tidy, respectful of others, don’t smoke or use drugs. You do not need to be our best friend, but we will want to meet you beforehand to ensure we will be compatible as roommates. We do not want guests staying more than 3 nights per week.
About the property: 3 br 2 ba house with a fenced backyard (no pool). Parking will be on the street. Close to bus lines.
