I am looking to sublease my private room at University House from August 2024 to July 2025.
The entire apartment is 3 Bed 2 Bath but there is 1 Bedrooms available that will share 1 Bathroom with another roommate.
The bedroom are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, 2 storage units as well as a closet with in built shelving. The living area comes with a couch, table, barstools and TV.
The third roommate is very sweet, understanding and respectful.
Rent would be $1384 per month (water is an additional flat rate of $11 and electricity is based on unit usage.
Move in would be August 15th
