We have a room available starting July 1 in our home in Tempe. Major cross streets are McClintock and Broadway. Easy access to the 101 and 60, light rail, and ASU.

About the Room:
— Approximately 11’ x 11’.
— Room is not furnished.
— Ample closet space.
— Tile floors. 
— Shared bathroom with one other person. 

About the Home:
— Approximately 2000 square feet on a double lot with plenty of outdoor space. 
— New tile floors throughout the home. 
— Spacious living, dining, and kitchen. 
— Kitchen has a gas stove, two refrigerators (so you’re only sharing space with one other person), pantry space, and plenty of counter space for cooking and meal prep
— Shared bathroom is updated; shower/tub combo with nice fixtures and plenty of cabinet space for bathroom items. 
— Parking is available on the street. 

About Current Residents:
— We, the homeowners, are professionals in our mid 30s. We are a gay couple, so this is a LGBT friendly home. We’re clean and keep our home pretty tidy. We like to have friends over for game nights, movies, and social time but we’re not partiers. The house is pretty quiet in general.
— Four people live in the home when both spare rooms are rented.
— We don't smoke or vape, you must not either. 
— We are all vaccinated and boosted, you must be too. 
— There are pets in the home, 1 large dogs. The dog is very friendly, but we are not looking to add a roommate with pets.

About Rent:
— $900 per month and includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet); also included are common consumable items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. 
— Lease is a minimum of 6 months. Lease can be renewed or be month to month after initial 6 month lease.
— Security deposit is $900 and refundable at the end of the lease.
